Study BOQ and manage purchasing material of project/site and maintain inventory in file/computer.
Control petty cash and payroll of sites staff & labors.
Keep detailed record of work related activities and maintain in file/computer.
*) MAJOR DUTIES:
To support the Mechanical Engineer in the safe and efficient management of mechanical engineering and maintenance activities associated with the installed plant at Teesside Gas, Water, and Steam & Pneumatic Processing Plant.
Effectively support & contribute to the planning & management of day-to-day & longer-term.
Mechanical Engineering & Maintenance issues, balancing commercial and safety considerations.
Assists in the design and fabrication of mechanical engineering projects,systems or equipment.
Performs engineering calculations by calculator or computer to solve routine engineering problems.
Assists in the development of engineering drawing including plans and specifications based on calculations.
Take an active, commercially focused role in supporting the Mechanical outage planning, preparation, management & implementation, balancing outage & running plant requirements.
*) RESPONSIBLITIES:
Solve daily corrective complains.
Participate in the fabrication of hardware.
Daily Test Mechanical systems of All Machines.
Daily checking Parameters, General and Maintenance work of (Waste Heat Recovery Boiler’s), (Gas Fired Boiler’s) & (Wood Fired Boiler).
Daily Checking Parameters, general and maintenance works of (Air Cooled Kaeser Compressor’s) & (Water Cooled Atlas Copco Compressor’s).
Supervises, and/or coordinates the work activities of subordinates.
Handle all Indent & issue mechanical material.
Check and Schedule Monthly Greasing, Oiling properly in all Machines.
Stock inventory maintain in computer and files.
Daily Maintenances Record maintain in Computer and files.
Maintain record incoming and outgoing material before and after process and follow up.
